Our trained Smoking Cessation Advisors, including accredited pharmacists and experienced support staff, provide personalised guidance to help you stop smoking safely and effectively. We offer a confidential, supportive environment to keep you motivated through what may feel like one of the toughest challenges of your life.
What to Expect
Your personal advisor will:
- Assess your smoking habits and health needs
- Create a tailored Quit Plan designed specifically for you
- Offer weekly or fortnightly appointments over a 6–12 week programme
- Provide ongoing motivation and adjustments to your plan as needed
Treatment Options
Where clinically appropriate, your advisor may recommend a suitable form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), such as patches, gum, lozenges, inhalators or nasal sprays.
- If you are exempt from prescription charges, NRT will be provided free of cost.
- If you pay for prescriptions, standard NHS charges apply.
- All counselling and support are free of charge.
