Understanding your medicines can be challenging, and it’s not always easy to find the time to ask your GP detailed questions. Whether your consultations feel rushed, the information feels too technical, or you simply prefer discussing your treatment with someone else, we are here to help.

How We Support You
We offer a free NHS Medicines Use Review (MUR) service for patients who have been using our pharmacy for at least three months. Our accredited pharmacists provide clear, friendly guidance to help you feel confident about your medicines.
During your review, our pharmacist will:
- Explain what your medicines are for and why you are taking them.
- Ensure you are using them correctly to gain the maximum benefit.
- Check for any side effects and offer practical advice to help you manage or avoid them.
- Answer any questions you have about your treatment in a supportive, easy-to-understand way.
An MUR is a relaxed, confidential conversation designed to help you feel more in control of your health and treatment.
